Data Processing Notice (KVKK)

This Data Processing Notice has been prepared, pursuant to Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), by Movsal Creative ("Movsal", "we"), acting as the data controller, to inform you about the personal data processed through the movsal.com website ("Site").

1. Data Controller

Your personal data is processed by Movsal Creative, acting as the data controller, within the scope described below. Address: Antakya, Hatay / Türkiye. Contact: info@movsal.com.

2. Personal Data Processed and Collection Method

When you visit our Site and fill out our forms, the following personal data may be processed:

• Identity and Contact Information: Full name, email address, phone number, company/organization name (via the contact, partnership, Movsal Partner and career forms).
• Transaction Security Information: IP address, browser information, pages visited and time spent on pages (via on-site navigation/analytics tracking).
• Marketing/Analytics Information: If you give cookie consent, browsing/interaction data collected via Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta (Facebook) Pixel and TikTok Pixel.

This data is collected electronically and automatically when you fill out forms on our Site, visit the Site, and set your cookie preferences.

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

• Evaluating your requests, quotes and partnership applications and contacting you,
• Evaluating career applications,
• Ensuring the security of the Site and preventing misuse,
• Measuring Site usage statistics and performance, improving service quality,
• Carrying out digital marketing and advertising activities, if you give your consent.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes stated above, to our domestic hosting/infrastructure service providers and, if you give your consent, to analytics/advertising service providers such as Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), Meta and TikTok, which may have servers abroad, in accordance with the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

5. Legal Basis

Your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds of establishment/performance of a contract, fulfillment of a legal obligation, the data subject's own request (filling out a form), and the existence of your explicit consent (cookies/analytics/marketing).

6. Your Rights

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to us you have the right to;

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• Request information if it has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
• Know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad,
• Request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
• Request its deletion/destruction within the conditions set out in the KVKK,
• Request that the above operations be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
• Object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• Request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

To exercise these rights, you may submit your requests to info@movsal.com. Your requests will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible, and within the legal period at the latest, depending on their nature.
